Louise is Vialto’s EMEA Remote Work Policy and Governance lead. She has 18 years of experience in Global Mobility. Louise has helped many organisations to design and operationalise their remote work policies - covering both short term and long term arrangements.

She works with a wide range of stakeholders to align on policy guardrails to effectively manage risk whilst optimising on flexibility and efficient case management. She brings technical expertise coupled with market insights, based on experience of leading remote work projects and benchmarking data from our recent global survey.
