Mrs Reynov has been working in the field of global mobility management since 2004. She has worked in Germany, Switzerland and the USA in the field of secondment and has coordinated employee assignments abroad in more than 70 countries.

In 2011, she received her MBA from Vanderbilt University (USA). Ms Reynov then returned to Switzerland and has since been advising international companies at CONVINUS on the tax, social security and labour law implementation of cross-border employment relationships.
