Sarah is a Senior Manager in Vialto's Remote Work team and specialises in long-term remote work and the employment structures used to facilitate this, such as Employer of Record (EOR) and Global Employment Companies (GECs).

She helps organisations identify which employment structures would be the most feasible based on their specific circumstances, structure and needs, as well as a solution that ensures appropriate management of risks and compliance.

Sarah has over 9 years of experience in Global Mobility tax and helps lead Vialto's alliance partnership with Velocity Global for the EMEA region.
