Valentina Dammicco is FEM's Chapter Lead – Italy and Country Manager & Partner at MRS Management.

I began my career as a Global Move Specialist, driven by a deep passion for customer service. Over time, I held various roles, from overseeing move surveys to managing home search appointments.

This experience shaped my holistic understanding of the industry. Later, as Business Development Manager, I found my passion for helping companies build efficient global relocation programs.

Now, I lead the Italian branch of MRS, inspiring my team to aim high and stay curious about all aspects of our job, with the goal of becoming Global Assignment Management consultants. My journey continues and so does my commitment to excellence.
