The EMMAs (Expatriate Management and Mobility Awards) champion the very best projects and initiatives in global mobility in this exciting region.

Individual Awards 

These awards are open to all practicing Global Mobility and HR professionals and their organizations and companies as well as all service providers. Individuals can be nominated or can make their own entry.

This award is open to individuals from either a service provider or Corporate HR background who are in their first five years of working in the Global Mobility Industry, but who have been working in the industry for at least a year. They will be regarded by their colleagues and peers as having made a significant impact in the early years of their career, clearly showing exceptional abilities and be destined to be one of the “movers and shakers” in our industry for the future. The judges are looking for evidence of excellent assignee care/customer service and outstanding achievements with regard to such features as quality of service delivery, innovation and knowledge.

The process is simple just fill out a few questions below and the successful shortlist will be published on the FEM website for the Global Mobility Community to vote for their winner. This award is open to individuals from either a service provider or Corporate HR background who have worked in excess of five years in the Global Mobility industry. The judges will be looking for evidence of a significant, consistent record of achievement with regard to such features as quality of service delivery, innovation, knowledge, excellent customer service and overall professional reputation.

Winners in this category are those likely to be considered for the Outstanding Contribution Award in future years.
